Spanish Sausages

This colourful casserole could be easily cooked in much larger quantities to feed a group. 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 large potato

1 200g tin of tomatoes

1/2 red pepper

1/2 small onion

1 clove of garlic

1/2 teaspoon paprika (add more if you like spice)

Chopping board

Knife

Saucepan

Frying Pan

Spatula

Casserole dish

Colander


1) Peel the potatoes and chop into small chunks. 

2) Place in a saucepan of water and put on a medium heat.

3) Slice the onion and pepper into strips. Cut the sausages into chunks.

4) Fry the onion, garlic, sausage and onion on a medium heat until the sausages have browned.

5) Add the tomatoes and the paprika and bring to the boil.

6) Drain the potatoes and add to the frying pan. Mix well. Pour mixture into the casserole dish.

7) Bake for 20 minutes.
