This quick meal is a perfect hot lunch for a cold day. Add other vegetables if you like. It is the perfect opportunity to use up whatever is in the fridge.Serves 1
Ingredients:
2 wraps
A large handful of grated cheese
4 cherry tomatoes
1/4 red pepper
Chilli Sauce
Butter
Equipment:
Frying pan
knife
1) Sprinkle 2/3 of the cheese on one-half of the wraps.
2) Slice the pepper and tomatoes. Add these. Fold in half.
3) Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and add a drizzle of chilli sauce. Fold again.
4) Put the pan on a medium heat and add the butter.
5) Fry the Quesadillas for a few minutes on each side.
